These terms apply when you use Countertop Finder. By using the site, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

What Countertop Finder does

We list countertop fabricators and stone yards in Central Florida and pass requests, messages, and quotes between buyers and businesses. We don't fabricate or install countertops, and we aren't part of any agreement between a buyer and a business.

Listings start from public business records and businesses' websites. We try to keep them right, but we don't guarantee that a listing, an inventory item, a price, or a business's work is accurate or suitable.

Quotes

A quote comes from the business, not from us. When you accept a quote, you tell the business you want to go ahead. The business arranges measuring, the final price, and payment with you directly. Its own contract and terms govern the work.

Businesses

If you claim a listing, you confirm that you're allowed to act for that business. You agree to:

• Keep your listing and inventory accurate.
• Use buyers' details only to answer their requests.
• Not send buyers marketing they didn't ask for.

Listing a business is free. To have a listing removed, email hello@countertopfinder.com.

Acceptable use

Don't send false or spam requests, post content you don't have the right to share, collect other people's information from the site, or try to break or overload it. We can remove content or close accounts that break these terms.

No warranty

We provide Countertop Finder as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for the work businesses do, for losses from using the site, or for the site being unavailable.

Changes

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law

Florida law governs these terms.
